Since 2008, Antoinette (Annie) Burgess has focused her practice on probate and trust litigation, real property litigation and small business disputes and administration.  In her practice, regardless of the type of case she is handling, Annie shows compassion and enjoys helping people navigate their way through the litigation process to find solutions to problems that may otherwise seem overwhelming.  

Lawsuits can be time consuming, expensive and stressful. Because of that, Annie always keeps her clients informed, to ensure they understand the process and can be an  integral part of their own case, rather than feeling like an observer without an understanding of the process.  Often times, the solution to a client’s problem requires litigation and a trial, but when a case can settle without litigation, Annie always encourages her clients to explore all of their available  options.  

Annie graduated Magna Cum Laude from Florida Coastal School of Law, and was a Dean's List Scholar every semester. She also served as the Manuscript Editor of her school's Law Review, and was published in the Florida Coastal Law Journal.
